Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InboundKit ("Service"), operated by ChakraBit Solutions LLP, trading as InboundKit ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
InboundKit provides an email-to-webhook infrastructure service. We assign unique email addresses to your account; emails sent to those addresses are parsed and delivered as structured JSON webhook events via HTTPS POST to endpoints you configure. We do not store email content beyond what is required to deliver the webhook event.
2. Account Terms
- You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized account access.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, and keep it current.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process, transmit, or store any unlawful or prohibited content.
- Receive, process, or facilitate unsolicited bulk email (spam) or any email sent in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam laws.
- Process email containing phishing content, malware, or content designed to deceive or defraud recipients.
- Process, transmit, or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features or any feature that prevents or restricts use or copying of content.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent.
- Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
- Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy without prior notice and to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
4. Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in this section. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Payment Processor & Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Card data never touches our servers.
Taxes & VAT
Applicable taxes, including VAT for customers in the EU and other applicable regions, are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout. Displayed prices may be exclusive of tax.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged the then-current plan rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
Cancellation
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.
Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:
- New subscriptions: You may request a refund within 7 days of your first charge for any reason by contacting [email protected].
- Annual plans: Refund requests for annual plans may be considered within 30 days of the charge at our discretion.
- Required by law: Where applicable consumer protection law requires a refund, we will comply.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Lemon Squeezy will retry the charge automatically. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the free plan and paid features will be suspended until payment is successfully collected.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control are excluded. Status updates are available at status.inboundkit.dev.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InboundKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
